This scene has a little to do with this one starring Julia Ann. India Summer is the Dean of the school and when the janitor comes to her and tells her that he caught Mrs. Ann fucking a student she is pissed. She tells Van that if he is fucking anyone in this school it better be her she is the fucking Dean. So Van goes a little deeper and fucks the Dean of the school and India Summer is satisfied to let him to continue to go to school there.
